William H. Garner

William H. Garner, of Plum, peacefully passed away on Thursday, August 18, 2022, at the age of 91.  He was a Korean War Veteran, served in the Army and was awarded 2 Bronze Stars, a retired employee from the Penn Hills School District, and also enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time at his camp up North. Bill was the loving son of the late Gaylord and Mayne (Shoop) Garner.  Brother to Ruth Eggleston (the late Robert), Dorothy Croft (the late John), and Linda DeVilling (Chris).  Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received on Sunday, August 21, 2022, from 12 – 2 pm. Christian Service will follow the visitation at 2 pm, at the Findlay C. Wylie Funeral Home, Inc., 11311 Frankstown Road, Penn Hills.
