Suzanne "Suzie" (Ohm) Duxbury

Surrounded by the love of her family, Suzanne (Suzie) Duxbury passed into the spiritual world on January 31, 2021.Suzie was the beloved wife of Gary (Butch) Duxbury and the loving Mother of Gary Lee Duxbury.  She was preceded in death the by her parents, Teddy & Claire Ohm, along with her brother Kevin Ohm. Suzie is survived by her siblings Jean Simeone, Diane Ohm, Johnny Ohm and Keith Ohm, along with many family members whom she cherished and loved, including her Niece Christina Couture (Kris) and her three “greats”, Kruz, Kace, and CJ Couture, who loved their “Aunt Suey”.  

It is so easy to remember Suzie and her love of life, especially for her husband and son Gary Lee.  Married to Butch for 43 years, they are the “Three Musketeers”. When you think of her, remember her crooked little grin and those gorgeous yellow/green eyes that always seemed to sparkle. The love of the beach and beautiful family vacations to Ocean City, MD always made her happy and nobody in the family could spend more time laying by the ocean and enjoy it as much as she did. It was the same with her “Sister Vacations” with Jean and Diane, whether a long drive to Philly and then on to Florida, South Carolina and most recently Cancun Mexico, there was a beach involved with their trips and many, many laughs along the way.  Oh, and by the way, she never did the driving since she had major issues with the PA Turnpike and very little sense of direction, that made for more funny times to be had. Suzie was so much like her Mom Claire, and not many “rules” applied especially as she aged with grace. She remained feisty and sassy up to her last day on this earth just as expected.

There will be no visitation for Suzanne. Services and interment were private.
