Roberta L. (Morra) Furnier

Roberta (Bobbie) L. Furnier, 73, of Penn Hills, PA passed away on the morning of December 16, 2022.

Roberta was born July 8, 1949, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to the late Maryanna Casciello Morra and the late Albert P. Morra.  She graduated from Penn Hills High School with her beloved group of friends, the Spartans.

After high school, she married the late Joseph G. Furnier and had two children.  She was a legal secretary for multiple law offices and a receptionist in the dental industry.  Her and Joseph (Joe) enjoyed taking cruises, going to car shows, and traveling down to see Christina (grandchild) every month.  When she wasn’t with or talking about one of her three grandchildren, she could be found shopping at Kohl’s or at home watching re-runs of The Nanny.  Bobbie was a family person and loved nothing more than spending time with her children and grandchildren.  She will be remembered by her outgoing personality, her contagious laugh, and her goofy antics.

Bobbie is survived by her two children; Jennifer Lane and her husband Scott Lane of Charlotte, NC and Jason Furnier and his wife Meghan Furnier; brothers, Albert E. Morra and his wife Norma of New Bern, NC, Guy Morra and his wife Paula of W. Palm Beach, FL, and Wayne Morra of Greenwood, DE; sister-in-law Regina Morra of Dover, DE; grandchildren Christina Mahoney, Kahlan Furnier, and Eli Furnier.  And multiple nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Monday, December 19, 2022, from 2-7 pm.  Blessing Service will follow visitation 7 pm, at the Findlay C. Wylie Funeral Home, Inc., 11311 Frankstown Road, Penn Hills.

Interment Private.
