At the age of 83, peacefully passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2024, surrounded by her family.  Beloved wife of 64 years to the late Donald D. Ness.  Loving mother to Donald Ness, Jacquline Arauzo (Rocky), Duane Ness, and the late Dennis Ness.  Grandmother of 7, and great-grandmother of 6.  Daughter of the late Duke and Nora (Lynch) McGinley.  Sister to Jack McGinley (Mary Kay), Marty McGinley (Margaret Ann), Bernie McGinley (Kathy), the late Eileen Coyne (the late Jack), and Thomas McGinley (Caroline surviving).

Throughout the years Mary Ellen enjoyed playing bingo, reading, cooking and spending time with her family.

Interment Private.
