Joseph L. Duncan of South Carolina, formerly of Penn Hills, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, March 8, 2023.  Joe was the beloved husband of Beverly (Barsditis) Duncan, and the late Janet (Hill) Duncan.  Loving father of William J. (Cynthia) Duncan.  Son of the late Johnnie H. and Gertrude (Gause) Duncan.  Brother to Jack T. (the late Phyllis) Duncan, Linda (the late Ralph) Uncapher, and Betty (the late John R.) Vandenberg.  Uncle of Cherie Stafford, Melanie Stafford, and Matthew (Hannah) Stafford.

Family and friends will be received on Monday, March 13, 2023, from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the Findlay C. Wylie Funeral Home, Inc., 11311 Frankstown Road, Penn Hills

Service held Tuesday, March 14, 2023, 10:00 am, at the funeral home.

Entombment will follow the Service at Jefferson Memorial Park.
