Gloria Jean (Gilmore) Jadot
Gloria Jean (Gilmore) Jadot, 72, of Monroeville (Harbour Senior Living), formerly of Upper Burrell and originally from Jefferson Hills passed away on Saturday September 12, 2020. Beloved wife of 52 years, the late Charles “Chas” L. Jadot, mother of son Charles J. (Sherri), and daughter Christine M. (Craig Rearic). Grandmother of James A., Jared A., Jordyn A., Jennifer A., and Justin A. DeLawrence, Andrew J. Jadot, and Sarah Keilek. Great-grandmother of Jehtt DeLawrence and Aubrie Rearic. Also sister of the late Frank (Patty, surviving) Gilmore, Kathryn Shaffer, Richard (late Janice) Pasinksi, and James Pasinksi (Beckie). She will deeply miss her numerous nieces and nephews.
Gloria has been a member a member of Our Lady of Joy Catholic Church in Plum for 20+ years. She also has been a member of the Monroeville Friendship Club, the Women’s Choice Network and People Concerned for the Unborn Child. She has been instrumental in organizing her high school reunions- most recently the 50th class reunion. She worked for Prudential Relocation Management until retirement. Gloria worked in Pittsburgh, MI, GA, NJ, CT, and NY. She loved the job and the travel. She has been to 49 of our 50 states and numerous European and South American Nations. The bucket list was nearing completion- missing the Pyramids.
As she will miss everyone, we will all miss her, especially her organizational skills.
Family and friends will be received on Tuesday September 15, 2020 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at the Findlay C. Wylie Funeral Home Inc. 11311 Frankstown Road, Penn Hills. A blessing service will be held at 10:00 am Wednesday September 16, 2020 at the funeral home. Interment Greenwood Memorial Park.
