Dominic Mario Citriniti

At the age of 94, of Penn Hills, peacefully passed away on Sunday, December 29, 2024, surrounded by his loving family.  Dominic was born on February 22, 1930, to the late Ross and Maria Citriniti.  Beloved husband of 73 years to Nelma (Hanson) Citriniti.  Loving father to Dominic Citriniti (Diane), Denise Ganley (the late Timothy), Daniel Citriniti, and Diane Espey.  Grandfather to Cory Citriniti (Holly), Stephanie Zehr (Christopher), Anthony Citriniti (Paula), Jamie Cain (Kevin), Jessica Rodriguez, Stacy Boehmke (Christopher), Amber Bricker (Billy), Brittany Espey, and Brandi Fiori (Joe).  Great-grandfather to Colton Citriniti, Scarlett Citriniti, Livia Zehr, Aiden Cain, Kayleigh Cain, Ellianna Rodriguez, Sawyer Boehmke, Penelope Boehmke, Isabella Citriniti, Savannah Bricker, Angelina Bricker, Julianna Bricker, JD Fiori, and Gino Fiori.  Brother to Vincent Citriniti (the late Millie), Victor Citriniti (Jenny), Theresa Schubert (the late Edward), and the late Rosie Petrone (the late Chick).  Survived by nieces and nephews.

Dominic was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.  He was faithful to his catholic religion.  A retired machinist for Woodings Tool Works.  He also enjoyed traveling, going to Myrtle Beach, bowling, fishing, and dancing.  His family will always cherish the memories that they shared.

Family and friends will be received on Thursday, January 2, 2024, from 2 – 8 pm at the Findlay C. Wylie Funeral Home, Inc., 11311 Frankstown Road, Penn Hills.

Mass held Friday, January 3, 2024, 10:00 am, at Christ the Divine Shepherd Parish (St. Susanna Church, 200 Stotler Road, Penn Hills).

Interment to follow Mass at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
