Age 79, formerly of Wilkinsburg, peacefully passed away on Friday August 28, 2020. Beloved wife of the late John C. Viola and Denver E. Wheeler; loving mother of Christina Viola (Doral V. Tyler). Daughter of the late Cliffton and Thelma Gourley. Grandmother of Ashley Collins and Keymahna Tyler; great-grandmother of Tyshawn Page and Ky-Leona Clapp. Billie enjoyed spending time with her family, watching Steeler football games, and playing Bingo. She will be greatly missed.
