Arthur J. Gizzi, Sr.

Age 90, of Penn Hills, peacefully passed away in the evening of Friday, April 18, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.  Arthur was born on January 29, 1935, in Bloomfield, to the late Ralph and Francis (Sciullo) Gizzi.  Beloved husband to the late Nancy J. Gizzi.  Loving father to Arthur J. Gizzi, Jr., Doug (Christina) Gizzi, and Dorothy (Bruce) David.  Grandfather to Colin (Liz) David.

Arthur was a member of the Sheet Metal Workers Local Union #12, since 1959.  He also was very mechanically inclined, enjoying his DYI projects, watching TV, along with jigsaw puzzles and spending time with his family and the furry companions “the beagles”.

Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, from 2-4 & 6-8 pm, at the Findlay C. Wylie Funeral Home, Inc., 11311 Frankstown Road, Penn Hills.

Funeral Service with Pastor Tim Williams held Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at 10 am, at the funeral home.

Interment will follow Funeral Service at Plum Creek Cemetery.
