Antoinette M. (Saar) Hamilton

Antoinette M. (Saar) Hamilton, age 93, of Penn Hills passed away peacefully at her home the evening of March 5, 2026. Loving mother of Cindy (Vince) Ciaramella, late Scott Hamilton (Carol Rider, surviving), and late Todd Hamilton; beloved wife of the late Ralph J. Hamilton; cherished grandmother of Christopher & Timothy Hamilton and Julie & Matthew (Kelsey) Ciaramella; great grandmother of Ace Ciaramella; beloved sister of Maryann Schenider (late Al), late Lorraine (Jim) Cunningham,  late Diane (Ernie) Novak, late Charles Saar, and late Phillip Saar (Mary Ellen, surviving); survived also by many nieces and nephews.

Antoinette was a proud graduate of the 1951 class from St. Benedict’s Academy and began her career as a bookkeeper for various places. She loved her job for over 20 years at National Development Corporation. She was a member of Christ the Divine Shepherd Parish. She loved beach vacations throughout her life especially to the Jersey Shore and enjoyed going to the casino occasionally and playing Bingo. She will be remembered fondly for always taking care of everyone and opening her home to whomever she could help; most notably, her little sisters and her grandson.  She will be lovingly missed by her devoted family.

Family and Friends will be received for Visitation from 5 to 8 pm Wednesday March 11, 2026, at the Findlay C. Wylie Funeral Home Inc. 11311 Frankstown Road. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 am at Christ the Divine Shepherd Parish St Susanna Church Thursday March 12, 2026. Burial to follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
